Violet Daffodils by Impromtu :)

So a month ago I had seen a bit of a buzz going round about a designer who creates Illustrations of Bloggers and I thought her work was fantastic, she really captures the people she draws so brilliantly and when I discovered she was doing commissions for people I knew I just had to get my hands on one of myself XD

I found Joana's blog and quickly gave her an email explaining who I was and that I was a fan and she replied saying she would be happy to create an illustration for me. Judging from her emails, she seems very lovely too as well as really talented :D

On Saturday just gone I received an email from her with a sketch of myself attached:

She explained her ideas for my portrait and asked what I thought and if there was anything to change or add, after replying to the email, my illustration was well under way!

Then after checking my emails constantly the past few days in excitement, I received the email with my portrait included! And can I just say WOW! I think it looks amazing! I am so thrilled with it XD

I think it really does capture me very well and the people who I've shown it too say the same thing :D
Joana if you are reading this, thank you so much for the time and effort you have put into this for me, I really appreciate it and love it! XD
