Little Busy Busy Bee

Hello peeps!
I know I have been lacking in the blogging department, don't worry I'm not going to use the line: "I needed to get my blogging mojo back"  etc, the real reason is I have had nothing interesting to say lately but now I feel like I have a lot to mention. I have spent the last week being busy, it was my best friend from School's 22nd birthday which we celebrated at Serendipity cafe, caught up with another School friend Jonny, saw the new Die Hard film with my Boyfriend and I also had a girl's night out with the girls from Work which was really good :) Aside from these events all I have done is work in-between. I feel like I haven't stopped!
(One of the photos with some of the girls from Work, there was a group photo taken but sadly the photographer did not upload it :( )

(At Serendipity with the girls :D )

I've also been treating myself to a little spendy spend so I'll show you what I bought :

My gorgeous playsuit, please excuse my face in this as I have no makeup on! haha.
Definitely will be wearing this at the next event I'm invited too :D

I have been looking everywhere for a good pair of nude shoes in the right shade. I usually rely on New Look for shoes as they are affordable prices and I tend to get good wear out of them, but I couldn't find any I liked and ended up finding these little lovelies in Asda :)

As you may have seen in my hair post a while ago, I was wearing the jumper/sweater of this and noticed they brought out a vest now too. It's so comfortable to lounge in.

I have recently been really getting back into reading as I tend to have some winding down time when I get home. I am currently reading "I Heart London" by Lindsey Kelk who is my favourite Author but sadly this is the last book of the series so I needed to purchase some new material. I have read "Perfect Chemistry" about 3/4 times after my friend Ruth lent it to me and I loved it! It's the only book I've read more than once. I kept putting off and off the idea of buying the book for myself until just the other day. When I was in Asda getting my nude shoes, I also came across the other book I've shown "Where Rainbows End" and sounded good so looking forward to reading.
I'm a little reluctant when I go book hunting as you don't really know what to expect until you read the book to know whether you like it or not. It's risky business!
I'll definitely do a review post on a list of my favourite books in the future.

And finally to end this post, my last item was tights. The weather here has been quite cold and 'thick woolly tights weather' and I am fed up of wearing the same boring tights with my clothes! After lurking around on http://jazzabellesdiary.blogspot.co.uk/ I noticed she wears spotty tights which I thought looked so cute! So decided to find some for myself. Also in the process I bought another pair that were covered in little hearts too :3 Today I teamed them with my black lace smock dress from Matalan Clearance which I got about a year or two ago, can you believe I got it for 50p! I absolutely love it too as the material is really soft.

I decided to take this outfit photo somewhere else for a change, I know guys! You were all thinking "Where's that trusty red wall of Kate's room gone?!", well it was too cold to venture outside and thought I'd "keep it realz" and go somewhere different. I'm seriously going to have to venture out more to places and get some more scenic photographs like I did at Herrington Park. When the weather is better I will drag myself out just for you lot ;)

Btw please make sure you sign up to my GIVEAWAY to nab yourself a personalised Iphone case and thank you to those who already have! I've thoroughly enjoyed reading your posts on your unusual facts, they've made me smile :D
